Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: [Office / Hybrid / Remote]

Experience: 5-8 years (preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Policy Management

Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures aligned with company goals

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations

Talent Acquisition Onboarding

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations

Build strong employer branding and hiring strategies

Employee Relations Engagement

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

Maintain healthy employeemanagement relationships

Performance Training

Design and manage performance appraisal systems

Identify training needs and coordinate learning development programs

Support career growth, succession planning, and leadership development

Compensation Payroll

Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, incentives, and benefits

Ensure timely salary processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)

Support compensation benchmarking and salary structuring

Compliance Documentation

Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and confidential documentation

Ensure audits, compliance filings, and legal adherence

Handle exit formalities, FF settlements, and interviews

Required Skills Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role

Experience In Managing Teams Is Preferred
