About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to oversee and enhance all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in fostering a positive work culture while ensuring operational excellence in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals

  • Manage employer branding initiatives

  • Oversee campus and lateral hiring programs

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive initiatives to promote a healthy work culture

  • Plan engagement activities, team-building programs, and recognition initiatives

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback

  • Address employee concerns and manage grievance redressal

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems

  • Align KPIs/OKRs with business objectives

  • Facilitate quarterly and annual performance reviews

  • Support competency mapping and development plans

4. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs through skill gap analysis

  • Organize technical and soft skill training programs

  • Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives

  • Promote certification and career progression frameworks

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)

  • Draft and update HR policies and SOPs

6. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and induction programs

  • Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits

  • Conduct exit interviews and retention analysis

  • Oversee full and final settlement processes

7. Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning

  • Drive HR analytics and reporting for management

  • Implement HRMS systems and automation initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

  • 58 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Experience in IT/Analytics/Consulting industry preferred
