We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager to oversee and enhance all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in fostering a positive work culture while ensuring operational excellence in HR processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals
Manage employer branding initiatives
Oversee campus and lateral hiring programs
Drive initiatives to promote a healthy work culture
Plan engagement activities, team-building programs, and recognition initiatives
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
Address employee concerns and manage grievance redressal
Design and implement performance appraisal systems
Align KPIs/OKRs with business objectives
Facilitate quarterly and annual performance reviews
Support competency mapping and development plans
Identify training needs through skill gap analysis
Organize technical and soft skill training programs
Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives
Promote certification and career progression frameworks
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Draft and update HR policies and SOPs
Manage onboarding and induction programs
Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
Conduct exit interviews and retention analysis
Oversee full and final settlement processes
Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning
Drive HR analytics and reporting for management
Implement HRMS systems and automation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
58 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in IT/Analytics/Consulting industry preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Experience with HRMS tools
