Hr Manager

We're Hiring – HR Manager Location: Akbarpur Barota, Sector 44, Sonipat, Haryana Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Plan and fulfill manpower requirements for the plant. Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records. Develop and implement HR policies and processes. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters. Organize training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and HR support. Maintain HR reports, documentation, and MIS. Requirements: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in setting up HR processes for a manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
