Job Description

Role Opening: Senior HR Executive

Required Background: At least 7 years of HR experience

Salary Offered: ₹4–7 Lakhs annually based on skills and industry exposure

Office Location: Noida 

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of the company's HR operations and lead a small HR team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end HR functions and contributing to the overall growth of the organization through strong people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Start by shaping HR plans that match company goals. 
  • Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 HR professionals, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Build and maintain strong employee engagement and workplace relationships, resolving concerns in a professional manner.
  • Develop and manage performance review systems, employee evaluations, and improvement plans.
  • Organize and monitor learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while improving HR processes when required. 
  • Put systems in place only when they help people do better work. 
  • Guide decisions using consistent practices across departments. 
  • Make sure each step ties back to what the organization aims to achieve.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to independently handle multiple HR functions and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in team management and HR process improvement will be highly valued.
