About Redwood
Redwood Edutours designs learning journeys for school students across India and the world. We work with 50+ leading IB and international schools, and over 30,000 students have traveled with us. Our programs are built around real places, real communities, and real learning — mapped to curriculum, co-designed with teachers, and delivered by a team that cares deeply about what education can be.
We've grown from a team of 8 to 35, and we're building toward 70. As we scale, we need someone who can hold our culture through that growth — and build the infrastructure that makes it possible.
The Role
We're looking for an HR Manager who understands that in a small, fast-moving team, HR isn't just process. It's culture.
This role covers the full spectrum: recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance, payroll, and employee wellbeing. You'll work closely with founders and team leads, and you'll own the HR function with real autonomy. Part of the job is managing what exists. The larger part is building what we'll need tomorrow.
