15+ years of rich HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role, including team management.
Proven experience in a global, technology-driven environment with exposure to HR modernization initiatives.
Strong experience in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, compliance, and talent planning.
Deeply empathetic and assertive communicatoryou listen to understand and speak to inspire.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring HR professionals, nurturing their growth and shaping strategic mindsets.
Skilled in AI adoption for HRfamiliar with current tools used for recruitment, performance tracking, and sentiment analysis.
A dynamic change agent who leads with influence, credibility, and proactive ownership.
Outstanding data fluencycan interpret trends, spot risks, and deliver compelling busine narratives using workforce analytics.
Strong working knowledge of HR laws, local labour regulations, and best-in-class practices.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems
