HR Manager (Payroll, Operations & Consultant Management) – up to 50K/monthRole Overview

This is a core HR operations role focused on payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and handling external consultants/vendors. It's more backend + coordination-heavy than recruitment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management

• Process monthly salaries, reimbursements, and deductions
• Handle statutory compliance:
• PF (Provident Fund)
• ESI (Employee State Insurance)
• TDS calculations
• Work with payroll tools like GreytHR or Keka HR
  

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding & exit formalities
• Maintain employee records & HRMIS
• Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR documents
• Attendance & leave management
  
  

Consultant / Vendor Management

• Coordinate with external consultants or freelancers
• Maintain contracts, invoices, and payments
• Track deliverables and compliance
  
  

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of payroll and compliance laws
• Attention to detail (very important for salary processing)
• Familiarity with Excel (formulas, data handling)
• Experience with HRMS/payroll tools
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
  
  

Salary Insight

• Up to 35,000/month (3–4.2 LPA approx.)
• Usually fixed salary (limited variable component)
• May include PF + basic benefits
