HR Executive (Payroll, Operations & Consultant Management) – up to 35K/monthRole Overview
This is a core HR operations role focused on payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and handling external consultants/vendors. It's more backend + coordination-heavy than recruitment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management- Process monthly salaries, reimbursements, and deductions
- Handle statutory compliance:
- PF (Provident Fund)
- ESI (Employee State Insurance)
- TDS calculations
- Work with payroll tools like GreytHR or Keka HR
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding & exit formalities
- Maintain employee records & HRMIS
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR documents
- Attendance & leave management
Consultant / Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external consultants or freelancers
- Maintain contracts, invoices, and payments
- Track deliverables and compliance
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of payroll and compliance laws
- Attention to detail (very important for salary processing)
- Familiarity with Excel (formulas, data handling)
- Experience with HRMS/payroll tools
- Strong coordination and documentation skills
Salary Insight
- Up to 35,000/month (3–4.2 LPA approx.)
- Usually fixed salary (limited variable component)
- May include PF + basic benefits
