Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & HR Planning
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational vision and business objectives.
- Lead people-centric initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Work closely with leadership to structure HR operations effectively across business units.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Build leadership development, training, and competency-mapping frameworks.
- Strengthen internal talent pipelines to support organizational growth.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Handle complex employee relations cases with confidentiality and fairness.
- Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Design competitive compensation structures and incentive programs to retain top talent.
- Ensure complete compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Conduct HR audits and risk assessments to ensure best practices and minimize compliance risks.
