Job Description

We are looking for a HR professional preferably with prior experience of at least 4 years. Someone who is familiar with managing payroll, compliance, recruitment, policy making, Process building & employee grievances.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Bad/good hire ratio & Time to hire

Policy/ process building & Adherence: simplicity, relevance, adherence.

Performance management: timely & accurate submission of performance data

Payroll: Timely Payroll with no/low errors.

Compliance: compliance %

Employee Satisfaction: eNPS & employee retention

KRAs

  • The expectation is to manage the end to end of the employee lifecycle.
  • Starting from defining the JD, hiring the person & onboarding them in respect to all policies & processes that are to be followed.
  • You are to regularly interact with them by conducting morning stand ups, monthly 1 on 1s, monitoring performance, overseeing training, sending out eNPS surveys, & collecting referrals.
  • Apart from this you will also be responsible to collect performance data, process payroll & manage compliances.
  • You will also be taking up the responsibility to ensure a positive employer brand & high level of employee engagement at the office.

Role

Daily reach the office ahead of time and conduct the morning standup, engaging our people and ensuring discipline.

Actively track your tasks & emails, stay organised, grouping them as daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc responsibilities and setting up automated remainders/alarms where required.

As a senior HR on site you are expected to stay on top of your activities & ensure any followups/ remainders required are made in the first half of the day.

Ensure you set aside time to interact 1 on 1 with people, review activities of recruiter & posting/chatting on LinkedIn.

Ensure weekly reviews are taking place on Mondays across all departments & try to join them.

To get a better perspective on our people, prepare and present slides/sheets for a weekly review of HR activities to management.

Collect performance & attendance data & process the payroll every month.

Actively track and action to active 100% compliance.

Network & interact with other HRs & consultancies to build strategic relationships for talent acquisition/ training & vendor requirements.

Work with our vendors & people to forward the agenda of the HR department.
