Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
  • Design and oversee employee onboarding and training programs
  • Monitor and report on employee performance and development
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in talent acquisition and performance management
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
