We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring that our HR strategies align with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR regulations in India.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
