Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced HR Manager specializing in recruitment, based in Chennai. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, manage employee onboarding, and ensure seamless workforce planning. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing external and internal staffing resources, and aligning recruitment with organizational goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will coordinate employee retention initiatives, facilitate training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning with at least 8-10 years of experience, specifically in non-IT industries.
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution to foster a positive work environment and address workplace concerns effectively.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law Compliance and HR Policies, with experience implementing and updating organizational policies as needed.
  • Effective Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills to manage HR functions and lead teams efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Retention Strategies to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Experience in Training and Development and Change Management processes, with a focus on upskilling employees and driving cultural transformation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry will be an added advantage.
