Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Monitor and manage employee performance and development programmes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide solutions.
Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
