Job Description

  • Lead shared services, payroll, onboarding, exits, audits, and documentation.
  • Standardise and streamline HR operations and backend processes.
  • Ensure policy alignment, statutory adherence, and accurate HR documentation.
  • Oversee compliance with labour laws and manage statutory filings and audits.
  • Govern payroll accuracy, benefits, settlements, and risk controls.
  • Manage daily business operations across admin, facilities, and compliance.
  • Oversee recruitment governance, manpower planning, and performance processes.
  • Drive internal controls, audits, risk mitigation, and leadership reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of HR and Operations leadership experience in India
  • Strong knowledge of statutory labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
  • Proven experience leading multi-location teams
  • Demonstrated success in strengthening HR governance, payroll controls, and statutory compliance
  • Experience managing business operations, administration, logistics, or facilities is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
  • Ability to interpret policies, compensation structures, benefits, and company handbooks with accuracy
