Role Description:

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead the Human Resource function at LINC Education. In this role, you will balance high-impact culture initiatives with the essential day-to-day operations, and will be working directly with founders and senior management. You will act as the primary custodian of our people processes, from managing our HRMS and policy drafting to the high-energy execution of team engagement and professional development. Key responsibilities will include:

Team Engagement:

  • Manage both ongoing engagement activities and milestone events (e.g. our annual gathering)
  • Key initiatives to foster a strong team culture and make the organisation a Great Place to Work

HR Operations:

  • Manage ongoing HR operations which will include (but not limited to):
  • Employee onboarding and exit process
  • Payroll management
  • Employee data management on our HRMS
  • Primary POC for employee demands, grievances or other issues
  • Regularly updating company policies as required
  • Legal compliance across all HR related matters

Recruitment: Manage the recruitment function for the team's internal hiring, including working with recruitment consultants, initial screening and managing the entire process

Training and Professional Development: Plan and execute mandatory company provided training and professional development across all employee levels

Appraisal and Compensation: Coordinate the appraisals, 1-1 feedback and employee satisfaction surveys and assist with employee compensation process

Who are we looking for

Qualifications and Work Experience:

At least a Masters / PG in HR or Psychology; Graduates from Tier 1 business schools such as NMIMS, SPJIMR, FMS, MDI etc. preferred

7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a new-age organisation / start-up

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and leadership skills

Demonstrate high levels of empathy and strong in relationship and culture building

Ability to work with data and processes

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Compensation: Rs. 12 lakhs per annum

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Time to Join: Earliest Possible
