Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional daily tasks include conducting performance reviews, organizing training and development programs, and maintaining employee records. The HR Manager will also oversee payroll and benefits administration, and address any workplace issues that arise.
