Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing daily HR operations, implementing company HR policies, and overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and personnel development. The HR Manager will also collaborate closely with management to develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, manage records, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and execute training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Experience in maintaining employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development
• Proficiency in HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools and strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
