Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage hiring for immigration roles such as visa consultants, case managers, documentation executives, and legal coordinators.
- Source candidates with knowledge of international recruitment and immigration processes.
- Conduct interviews and onboarding for client-facing and backend teams.
2. Immigration Process Knowledge
- Maintain strong understanding of visa procedures, work permits, PR processes, and international labor laws.
- Train HR and operational staff on country-specific immigration policies (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, Gulf countries).
- Ensure employees follow proper documentation and compliance standards.
3. Employee Onboarding & Training
- Design onboarding programs focused on immigration workflows and client handling.
- Conduct regular training sessions on:
- Visa filing procedures
- Documentation accuracy
- Client communication standards
4. Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Ensure company operations comply with immigration laws and ethical recruitment practices.
- Coordinate with legal teams and immigration experts for updates in policies.
- Monitor adherence to labor laws, contracts, and international placement regulations.
5. Performance Management
- Set KPIs for teams (e.g., case processing time, visa success rate, client satisfaction).
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
- Handle disciplinary actions where needed.
6. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns related to workload, targets, and client handling stress.
- Maintain a positive work environment in a high-pressure, target-driven industry.
- Resolve conflicts within teams.
7. Payroll & Compensation
- Manage salary structures, incentives, and commissions (especially for sales/visa teams).
- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements.
8. Policy Development
- Develop HR policies specific to immigration businesses, including:
- Ethical client handling
- Data confidentiality
- Anti-fraud practices
9. Coordination with Operations & Sales
- Work closely with sales and immigration teams to align hiring with business demand.
- Ensure adequate staffing during high visa seasons.
