Remote Infrastructure Management

Flexis is a core remote IT management company for servers, cloud, network and desktop management for clients located in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. We manage all client IT infrastructure remotely from our Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure availability. Our services include Linux and Windows servers, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, network devices (Cisco, SonicWall, etc.), and databases such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.

IT Help Desk

Flexis provides support for multi-vendor client systems including installations, moves, changes, deskside support and software support. Our goal is to provide quick, no-escalation-required resolutions and a personalized experience.

Security/SOC Services

Flexis provides a turnkey, 24x7 SOC-as-a-Service that combines technology and security expertise. We inspect logs, monitor and analyze clients security events in real time, provide verified threat notifications, actionable remediation plans, and responsive breach-prevention actions. Our managed security service blends people, intelligence, analysis and technology to deliver end-to-end security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.

Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined and growth-oriented HR recruiter and Operations to support HR function . This role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to manage sensitive matters with maturity and confidentiality, and a commitment to process excellence.

Industry & Sector: Information Technology services and Talent Acquisition specialising in on-site technical hiring for product engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams across India. Primary job title (standardized): Technical Recruiter. This is an on-site role based in India focused on high-volume and specialist IT hiring.

Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles: source, screen, coordinate technical interviews, and close offers for on-site positions across Indian locations.
Proactively source passive and active candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri/Indeed) and internal ATS pipelines.
Conduct structured candidate screening and initial technical assessments to validate skills, cultural fit, and relocation/shift constraints.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and drive time-to-hire improvements.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS; generate hiring metrics and pipeline reports to inform hiring strategy.
Coordinate interview logistics, feedback cycles, and offer negotiation to ensure positive candidate experience and high acceptance rates.

HR Operations

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and HR data maintenance.
Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Manage benefits administration, background verification, and vendor interactions.
Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
Manage ISO audits, compliance reviews, and preparation of reports and dashboards.
Respond to employee queries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
Handle workplace disputes and disciplinary actions appropriately.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
6+ years of relevant HR Talent acquisition / Recruitment, generalist/managerial experience across HR operations and administration.
Demonstrated ability to balance operational responsibilities with management expectations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems.
Proficiency with IT recruitment, Boolean search, Applicant Tracking System
Experience recruiting for IT Help Desk, IT Security and IT Infrastructure /Data Center, Cloud - AWS, Azure engineering roles
Experience with offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
Experience with end-to-end recruitment cycle
