Necessary Skills
Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology (MBA preferred).
612 years of experience across strategic + operational HR.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, PMS, policy design & HR operations.
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS & strong analytics/reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management & communication.
Fluency in English & Hindi; readiness to travel.
Bonus: Experience in political consulting, public policy or high-scale project environments.
