Job Description

Drive HR strategy aligned to business scale and workforce needs.

Lead recruitment across full-time, contractual, campus & internship hiring.

Build smooth onboarding, induction & integration experiences.

Own PMS: goal setting, performance reviews & feedback cycles.

Design engagement, recognition & retention programs.

Draft/implement HR policies, SOPs & statutory compliance.

Manage employee relations, conflict management & cultural stewardship.

Partner with leadership on succession, capability & career development.

Oversee HR operations payroll liaison, records, exits & vendor management.

Optimise HRIS, digitisation & people analytics dashboards.

Ensure disciplined reporting, audit readiness & cross-team alignment.

Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture.

Necessary Skills

Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology (MBA preferred).

612 years of experience across strategic + operational HR.

Hands-on experience in recruitment, PMS, policy design & HR operations.

Proficiency with HRIS/ATS & strong analytics/reporting skills.

Excellent stakeholder management & communication.

Fluency in English & Hindi; readiness to travel.

Bonus: Experience in political consulting, public policy or high-scale project environments.

6 to 12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational HR

Proven experience scaling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams in fast-paced environments

End-to-end recruitment ownership (full-time, contractual, campus, interns)

Hands-on expertise in PMS (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles)

Experience managing HR operations (onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, vendors)

Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, HR digitisation & people analytics/reporting

Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership partnering

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)

Fluency in English & Hindi and willingness to travel

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
