Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager Intern to assist in managing recruitment, team coordination, and basic HR operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning how people and culture are built inside a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and internship hiring processes

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews

Support onboarding of new interns and team members

Maintain HR records and documentation

Help organize team communication and engagement activities

Assist in developing HR policies and internal processes

Track intern performance and attendance

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in Human Resources and people management

Good organizational and coordination abilities

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
