We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Head HR) to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor and manage employee performance evaluations and feedback.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports for management review.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Human Resources management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
