Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in Human Resources management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
