Maintain records related to attendance, leave management, and contracts.
Coordinate salary processing, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports for school management.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
MBA in HR or relevant HR certification preferred
Experience working in schools or educational institutions
Ability to work closely with academic and administrative teams
Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
