HR Manager Bhubaneswar (On-site)

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR activities and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.

Experience:

58 years of experience in HR management with a proven track record of success.

Qualification:

MBA in HR or a related field

Compensation:

Competitive salary per month for a deserving candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement

Oversee performance management and HR compliance

Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management

Maintain structured and efficient HR processes and documentation

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to handle situations calmly and confidently

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Additional Requirements:

Good understanding of HR principles and practices
