Job Description

  • Drive HR strategy aligned to business needs and workforce scale
  • Lead recruitment for full-time, contractual, campus, and internship hiring.
  • Build smooth onboarding, induction, and integration experiences.
  • Own performance management cycles - goal setting, reviews, feedback.
  • Design employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict management, and culture stewardship.
  • Partner with leadership on capability development, succession, and career pathways.
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, exits, and vendor management.
  • Strengthen HRIS usage, digitisation, and people analytics dashboards.
  • Ensure disciplined reporting, audit readiness, and cross-team alignment.
  • Foster an inclusive and high-performance work culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology MBA preferred.
  • 6-12 years of experience across strategic and operational HR.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, PMS, policy design, and HR operations.
  • Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems with strong analytics and reporting capability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with readiness to travel.
  • Bonus: Experience in political consulting, public policy, or high-scale project environments.
