Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core HR functions, including performance management, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Rippling as an HRIS and will play a key role in building a high-performance, people-centric organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Performance Management (Core Responsibility)
- Design, implement, and manage the performance management framework
- Drive goal setting, OKRs/KPIs, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles
- Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and improvement plans
- Support managers with feedback, coaching, and performance development initiatives
2. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations using Rippling (employee records, onboarding, workflows, reporting)
- Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and system optimization
- Generate HR metrics and dashboards for leadership decision-making
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling
4. Policy, Compliance & Governance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal standards
- Support audits and HR documentation processes
5. Talent & Leadership Support
- Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and succession planning
- Support learning, development, and career growth initiatives
- Coach managers on people management best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Rippling (Payroll / Performance / Workflows)
- Strong experience in performance management systems and appraisal cycles
- Excellent knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
- Experience in IT services, technology, or agency environments preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
