Job Description – Senior HR Manager

Location: Pune

Company: Ecoboard Industries Limited.

Role Summary

  • The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, labour law compliance, and corporate office administration. The incumbent will ensure effective implementation of HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational procedures while supporting business objectives and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and employee separation processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, licences, renewals, and regulatory filings.
  • Monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across locations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support industrial relations activities.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and training & development activities.
  • Support manpower planning and coordinate with department heads on staffing requirements.
  • Oversee administration of the Pune corporate office, including facilities, housekeeping, security, travel, and vendor management.
  • Prepare periodic HR, compliance, and administrative reports for management review.
  • Assist management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
  • Perform other HR, compliance, and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM / MSW in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, statutory compliance, and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR practices.
