Key Responsibilities

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven track record with 5/6 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • People-centric mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Human Resources metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
