JOB SUMMARY:
Managing all HR functions to ensure business needs are met through dynamic HR strategies and policies to Plan, formulate, review and develop competitive compensation package engineer a viable competency and performance management framework, ensures positive employee/employer relationship formulating the talent management framework and identify relevant learning needs to address competencies required for better productivity.
Job Description & Requirements:
Human Resources
1. Full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc
2. Formulate HR strategies and align HR policies and programmes with Company objectives
3. Refine performance management system and develop strategic approach to link reward to performance and to benchmark with industry practice
4. Review, discuss and develop compensation and benefits programmes, ensure linkage to Company's objectives and compliance with legal requirements and industry practices
5. Identify, plan, recommend and execute training and development programmes
6. Partner with Management and Business Unit to identify and implement process improvements provide HR related advice when necessary
7. Employee relation management such as disciplinary, counselling, inquiry, organise employee engagement activities and develop team spirit and positive work environment by establishing close rapport
8. On-boarding new hires and associates to the organisation's culture and processes
9. Perform off-boarding duties such as conducts exit interviews, analyse data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business-related discipline
2. At least 5yrs of HR Management experience
3. Proficient in Ms Office Applications
4. Good Knowledge in local Employment Act and Statutory requirements
5. Meticulous, proactive and approachable
6. A team player with good interpersonal skills
7. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liase with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
8. To meet the deadlines for quality report submission
9. Compliance to Company/relevant rules and regulations, QESH policies and procedures
10. Effective in managing company HR matters
11. Proactive to matter rising
12. Accountability and Ownership
