Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR processes in a healthcare/retail pharmacy setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across healthcare, retail, and corporate roles
- Develop hiring strategies and ensure timely closures
- Build strong talent pipelines
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit processes
- Ensure smooth HR operations across locations
- Maintain employee records and compliance
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment
- Support performance management processes
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Support audits and documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles
- Experience in healthcare / retail / pharmacy industry preferred
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
