Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR processes in a healthcare/retail pharmacy setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across healthcare, retail, and corporate roles
• Develop hiring strategies and ensure timely closures
• Build strong talent pipelines

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Oversee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit processes
• Ensure smooth HR operations across locations
• Maintain employee records and compliance

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment
• Support performance management processes

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Support audits and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles
• Experience in healthcare / retail / pharmacy industry preferred

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment
• Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
