Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant leadership and functional teams to support business and people objectives.
  • Support recruitment activities for plant workforce and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and HR policies.
  • Liaise with government authorities and maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support implementation of safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.

Skills & Competencies

  • MBA / MSW / PMIR / HRM or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Generalist and Industrial Relations functions within manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and liaison activities with government authorities.
  • Experience in payroll management, employee benefits administration, and contractor workforce management.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities effectively.
