Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager Talent Acquisition & People Operations who will take ownership of recruitment, people management, and HR processes within the institution. The role requires someone who can identify exceptional talent, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure smooth HR operations while aligning people strategies with institutional goals.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of building strong teams in an academic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Develop strategies to attract high-quality faculty and administrative talent
  • Manage job postings across platforms and build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines

HR Operations

  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR compliance
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and workshops
  • Address employee concerns, queries, and grievances effectively
  • Develop employee retention and motivation strategies

Performance & Organizational Development

  • Monitor and manage KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Support leadership in performance evaluation and development initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees

Industry & Professional Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and academic networks
  • Support the institution in strengthening its professional ecosystem and talent pool

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in MBA (Human Resources) or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and HR practices
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
