Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
- Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance as per labor laws
- Drive performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Handle payroll co-ordination, attendance, and HR documentation
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Initiating payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process Help implement compliance Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Support training and development initiative.
- Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as required Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs
- Coordinating with the PF ESIC vendors HR policies and procedures and ensure
Key Skills
- Strong experience in HR operations and people management
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
