Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 5-10 Years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business growth.

Location: Mumbai Central

Experience: 5-10 Years

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance as per labor laws
  • Drive performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Handle payroll co-ordination, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Initiating payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process Help implement compliance Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Support training and development initiative.
  • Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as required Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs
  • Coordinating with the PF ESIC vendors HR policies and procedures and ensure

Key Skills

  • Strong experience in HR operations and people management
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
