Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

• Act as a Learning Partner to business/functions to understand capability needs
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and recommend relevant learning interventions
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive the learning agenda

Learning Design & Delivery

• Design, develop, and deliver leadership and behavioral training programs
• Create learning content (presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, etc.)
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training sessions

Program Management

• Manage end-to-end learning programs (planning, scheduling, coordination, tracking)
• Ensure timely and effective rollout of learning initiatives

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage external vendors and trainers to ensure quality and relevance
• Build and maintain a pool of internal facilitators

Analytics & Reporting

• Track learning effectiveness, participant feedback, and engagement metrics
• Analyze data to derive insights and improve learning outcomes
• Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Office tools

Must-Have Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Strong facilitation experience in leadership and behavioral training
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and business partnering
• Hands-on experience in program/project management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Good-to-Have

• Experience in instructional design / learning experience design (ILT, virtual, e-learning)
• Exposure to manufacturing or plant environments
• Experience in vendor management
