HR & Leadership Officer (Equity-Based)
Domain: Wellness-Focused Food Ecosystem
Location: Remote (India preferred)
Commitment: 2025 hours per week
Compensation: Purely Equity-Based (No Salary Until Funding)
About The Venture
We are building a structured, scalable wellness-focused food ecosystem with three validated focus areas over the next 68 months:
- Meal Solutions
- In-house Innovative Products
- Offline Kiosk Model
The goal is to validate execution, prove unit economics, build systems, and then scale with structured funding.
We are now strengthening the leadership core team.
Role Overview
We are looking for an
HR & Leadership Officer who can build the people foundation of the company from ground zero.
This is not a routine HR role.
This is culture-building + leadership architecture.
You Will Work Directly With The Founder To Design
- Team structure
- Hiring systems
- Ownership frameworks
- Performance accountability models
- Culture and long-term leadership pipeline
Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition & Structuring
- Build hiring roadmap aligned with growth phases
- Recruit early team members (equity + stipend roles)
- Design JD frameworks and evaluation systems
- Create onboarding processes
2 Culture & Leadership Systems
- Develop company values and execution culture
- Build accountability and reporting structure
- Implement leadership scorecards
- Create performance tracking models
3 HR Operations & Compliance
- Draft offer letters, agreements, and equity documentation coordination
- Design HR policies for startup stage
- Maintain structured documentation systems
4 Team Development
- Identify leadership potential in early team members
- Build training & internal growth frameworks
- Develop conflict resolution systems
