Responsibilities:

- Ensure the organizations HR practices are aligned with industry best practices
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
- Lead efforts to improve employee retention and reduce turnover. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic HR management.
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in developing and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Experience in driving HR initiatives and aligning them with business objectives.
