Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities at our preschools. The ideal candidate will handle joining formalities, payroll coordination, compliance, employee queries, and records management, ensuring smooth HR processes and adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Joining Formalities:

  • Manage and complete joining formalities for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate background verification (BGV) pre- and post-joining.
  • Share new hire payroll inputs with relevant teams.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Coordinate HRMS issues (Keka HR Software) and employee benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely redressal.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Make recommendations for improvements aligned with best industry practices.
  • Manage HR compliance including PF/ESIC registration, bonus, LWF, maternity, minimum wage, payment of wages, and other statutory requirements.

Records & Reporting:

  • Maintain and audit all relevant employee records.
  • Create management reports on HR and onboarding functions.
