Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Hai, referrals, social media, and campus drives
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment tracking in Zoho Recruit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR data in Zoho People
- Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Form-16) using Zoho Payroll
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, referral programs)
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles (quarterly/annual/360)
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance standards
- Use Zoho Sign for digital documentation including offer letters and agreements
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes and tools
Requirements
Requirements:
- 12 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations (fresher with strong internship or project experience may be considered)
- Proven track record of closing 3050 hires through full-cycle recruitment
- Mandatory technical proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Sign
- Expertise in job portals: Naukri (RMS/Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna, and others
- Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
