Job Description

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs in line with company policies.
  • Support annual compensation cycles (increments, promotions, bonus payouts) and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation data in HR systems and generate MIS reports for management.
  • Assist in benchmarking exercises and market surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation policies.
  • Collaborate Finance teams for budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Support audits and internal reviews for compensation and benefits processes.

Performance Management System

  • Facilitate annual and mid-year performance review cycles in MyZone or relevant HR platforms.
  • Ensure timely goal-setting and alignment between employees and managers.
  • Maintain and update performance data, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
  • Provide support and training to managers and employees on PMS processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to address performance-related queries and ensure process compliance .
  • Assist in calibration exercises and normalization of ratings across teams.
  • Generate analytics and insights to support talent decisions and organizational planning.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory requirements related to performance management.

Nature of

Experience

  • Hands-on experience to compensation and benefits administration, payroll processes, and compliance.
  • Exposure to Performance Management Systems

SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLE
