Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and motivated HR IT Recruiter with
01 year of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of
IT recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills
- MBA qualification (HR preferred)
- 01 year of experience in IT recruitment / HR recruitment
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
- Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment
- Knowledge of ATS or HRMS tools
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
