Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
HR IT Recruiter to manage end to end recruitment for technical and non technical roles within our IT services organization. The role focuses on sourcing screening coordinating interviews and closing candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
The ideal candidate should understand IT skill requirements and be comfortable working in a fast paced hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
End to End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles including developers testers project roles and support staff
- Understand job requirements and prepare hiring plans with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals referrals social platforms and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Interview Coordination and Closure
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and candidates
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback
- Manage offer discussions negotiations and joining formalities
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Recruitment Operations and Reporting
- Maintain candidate data recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes
- Support onboarding documentation and joining coordination
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of technical skills and job roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for software development and IT services companies
