Role Overview

At SteelonCall, we are hiring for an HR + IT Admin Executive who will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR, IT assets, and administrative operations across the office and other company locations such as warehouses or fulfillment centers. This role demands a hands-on professional who can multitask, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage resources efficiently, and support day-to-day operational needs.

In addition to core HR and administration responsibilities, this role will also include IT asset management, ensuring that company hardware, software, and IT resources are effectively tracked, maintained, and deployed.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and Hindi, possess a valid two-wheeler license for local travel, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administration

  • Manage all office and site administration activities including vendor coordination, facility management, and housekeeping oversight.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items; handle procurement and vendor negotiations.
  • Coordinate employee logistics such as ID cards, seating arrangements, and onboarding support in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Organize travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for employees, guests, and business operations.
  • Handle couriers, mail management, and inter-office communication logistics.
  • Maintain petty cash records, assist in monthly expense tracking, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across office premises; handle maintenance escalations with building management.
  • Support warehouse/fulfillment centers with admin-related needs when required.
  • Coordinate company events, internal meetings, and office engagement activities.

IT Asset Management

  • Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, and other hardware.
  • Coordinate procurement, issuance, and retrieval of IT assets for employees and teams.
  • Work with vendors for IT hardware/software procurement, servicing, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and lifecycle management of all IT equipment.
  • Coordinate with IT service providers for timely troubleshooting and maintenance support.
  • Support employees with basic IT setup, software installation, and coordination with IT teams for escalations.
  • Assist in ensuring cybersecurity best practices for company assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering (B.Tech).
  • 5 years of relevant experience in administration, HR operations, or IT asset management (experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with IT asset tracking tools is a plus.
  • High level understanding of IT systems, networking, and hardware is desirable.

Additional Requirements

Language Proficiency:

  • Must be fluent in Kannada and Hindi.
  • Knowledge of English and/or additional Indian languages will be a strong advantage.

Driving License

  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be comfortable commuting locally when needed.
