We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support HR initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
