Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and posting openings across job portals and online platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify candidates whose skills, qualifications, and experience align with the company's hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, explain the job profile, and guide candidates through the next stages of the hiring process.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews smoothly and ensure the recruitment process is organised and completed on time.
- Maintain proper recruitment records by updating candidate information, interview status, and hiring progress, while also assisting with onboarding and HR documentation activities.
