Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Talent acquisition & recruitment:
  • Sourcing: Posting job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and university job boards.
  • Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify top candidates.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Preparing welcome kits and assisting with day 1 orientations for new hires.
  • Administrative & data management:
  • HRIS maintenance: Updating employee records (e.g., new addresses, promotions, or terminations) in the human resources information system.
  • Documentation: Auditing personnel files to ensure all compliance documents (I-9s, NDAs, etc.) are signed and filed correctly.
  • Reporting: Pulling basic data for weekly reports on headcount or turnover.
