We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR intern (Operations) to support the day-to-day activities of our human resources department. This internship provides hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Support onboarding and offboarding formalities (documentation, induction coordination, exit formalities).
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, experience)
- Manage attendance, leave requests, and employee data.
- Assist with payroll inputs attendance, leave management, reimbursements.
- Generate HR dashboards report.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
