Conversely is seeking a motivated HR intern to actively contribute to our human resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR disciplines, supporting daily operations and engaging in key HR projects. While the role is primarily remote, candidates are required to visit our office every alternate Saturday for essential team collaboration, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the seamless execution of employee onboarding and off boarding procedures.
- Maintain and update confidential HR databases and employee records with accuracy.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and internal communications initiatives.
- Conduct basic HR research to support policy development and best practice implementation.
- Prepare and compile HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
